Our story and mission
CNY Hot Water Experts started with a simple observation: in Central New York, a failed water heater is almost never treated as urgent by the companies homeowners call. General plumbers fit tanks in between other jobs, quotes arrive days later, and families end up boiling water on the stove while they wait. The company was formed in November 2024, with Articles of Incorporation filed on April 5, 2025, to do one thing properly instead of many things partially.
Everything here is built around water heaters — gas and electric, tank and tankless, from cramped century-old basements in Westcott to new builds in Cicero and Clay. Because Bennett Baritell has spent 15+ years diagnosing, repairing and replacing these systems, the right parts are already on the truck and the diagnosis takes minutes rather than a second appointment.
Our mission is deliberately narrow: restore reliable hot water fast, explain honestly what failed and why, and hold the price that was agreed before the first tool came out.
